I recently had air-conditioning installed by Kevin and the team at Comfort King. From the first call to request a quote I was very re- assured by their professionalism and courteously. When Kevin visited there was no hurry and he was happy to take whatever time necessary to comprehensively assess the job, make recommendations and provide a quote.

Once I was happy to proceed and made a time with Kevin, I was amazed by the job they did. The day before the job, I received and courteously call from Kevin just to confirm the time. On the day, Kevin and his team arrived on time and installed the air-conditioning without any hassle for me. Little did I know that due to some very strange re-enforcement in my outer wall, Kevin and his team had to take extra steps and time to complete the job. Once again, they took whatever time necessary to ensure the job was done professionally to the highest standard. It did not matter to Kevin if this meant spending a lot more time on the job than originally planned. The job was completed and my apartment was left exactly as they had found it. Even with the challenges they faced with installing my unit there was no adjustment to the quote and I now have a fantastic air-conditioning system which is fully backed by Comfort King and the manufacturer.

Since having the unit installed I have received follow up calls from Comfort King just to check I am happy with the job. That type of service is a rare thing to find and I am very comfortable that no matter what happens in the future, Comfort King will be there to support me if I need them

I would recommend Comfort King to anybody and everybody. I am extremely pleased with the job and couldn't have been treated better by Kevin and his team

I just wanted to send a belated thank-you about the units installed in my apartment. I know it's very late but after the installation the weather turned cold and I didn't use the units for months afterwards! When the weather eventually turned hot, I was very happy with how the units worked. Now I am using the heat function and I couldn't imagine life without them.

The power point in the kitchen is flawless. I still can't figure out where the wire comes from which is good :). I also tested the phone line and it was working fine.
